David O. Cofield

Bro. David has been at CrossRoads since July, 2005. A native of Boaz, AL, he has been preaching since he was eleven years old and been a pastor since he was eighteen. Bro. He and his wife, Roxanne, are the parents of two adult sons, Keith (born 1983) and Kevin (born 1987).

Bro. David is a graduate of Samford University (Bachelor, 1983) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div., 1987). He is also serving as the Director and a professor of the North Alabama Center of New Orleans Baptist Seminary meeting at First Baptist Church, Athens, AL.

Jeremy Clemmons

Jeremy has been at CrossRoads since May, 2008.  A native of  Florence, he is an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Florence Middle School and 9th Grade Football Coach at Florence. He also is a Huddle Coach with the FCA at Florence Middle School.

He is married to DeNita and they have three children, Alivia, Chalea and Kade.

He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama (Masters in Administration and Bachelors in Secondary Education) and Wilson High School.

Shae Walton

Mrs. Shae has been at CrossRoads serving on a volunteer basis since April, 2005. Shae answered the call to ministry in August, 2005. The church called Mrs. Shae to a staff position in January, 2008.

Mrs. Shae is a native of Choctaw County in Alabama. She moved to north Alabama in May, 2001. Shae and her husband, Jason, reside in Killen, AL. Jason is employed by Tennessee Valley Authority. They have two children, Eli (born 2002) and Brooke (born 2004.)

Shae is a 2001 graduate of the University of West Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.
 

Jesse Kennedy

Jesse is the newest staff member here at CrossRoads beginning with us June 15, 2008.  He has been a member of our church since 2005 and is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. Dwight Kennedy.  He is a graduate of Clements High School and has finished his first two years of college at Calhoun Community College.  He is now a student at Athens State College majoring in physiology.
